About Rick Hayes
Rick Hayes, founder and president of Visionary Homes Inc., specializes in the development of exceptional quality custom homes. From the earliest ideas through site selection and construction, Rick works hand-in-hand with clients to ensure that every structural and design detail receives the attention and care it deserves. Personal and professional service is a fundamental value for Rick and his skilled network of designers, architects, subcontractors and trade allies. For clients who have their own design professional, Rick will partner in the vision and creation of the perfect custom home for each individual client.
What makes Rick unique in the residential building community is his experience as both a registered civil engineer and certified project manager. This combination of expertise ensures exceptional quality as well as attention to detail and design that results in a home that is on schedule and within budget.
